Matthew Dickens

Matthew was a founding Director of onEdition in 2000 and has had a
wide-ranging career as a photographer in national newspapers, spanning
thirteen years and encompassing titles including the London Evening
Standard, the Daily Mail and seven years at the Sun.

He has since helped onEdition Photography develop a diverse range of
clients, including some of Britain's leading PR companies and PR departments
within major corporations. Matthew maintains a good network of contacts
within the news industry, which assists in the placement of images into
national newspapers and magazines.

Matthew shoots images across a variety of fields including corporate and
consumer PR campaigns and launches, sponsor-led events, photo-calls,
portraiture and sports marketing. Many of his images have formed the
cornerstone of PR campaigns and are regularly published in both the UK and
internationally.

Dan Towers

Dan has been a Director of the company since 2002 and prior to joining
onEdition developed his photographic style while working as a photographer
at the very top of the newspaper industry; over thirteen years on titles
such as the Sun, the Daily Mail, The Sunday Times and its supplement, Style
magazine.

His main area is sports marketing and he has been recognised with a number
of international awards for his work as a leading sports photographer and
has achieved huge levels of publicity for onEdition's clients.

Dan understands what newspapers and magazines want and most importantly
understands the importance of brand placement within a photograph and
manages to find the right balance of getting brand into an image, which is
acceptable to a news organisation whilst meeting and exceeding a clients
objectives in terms of media returns on an event.

He also works extensively with many of Britain's foremost PR companies on
high-level consumer campaigns, shooting strong images for this very
competitive sector and is equally at home shooting a board member of a
multi-national company as he is working in extreme locations around the
world.
